I am a Bristol based Naturopathic Nutritionist, using a science backed approach to promote physical and mental wellbeing. I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ model to achieve health goals. My approach is client focused; providing individual, personalised diet and and lifestyle advice to support you and achieve your desired goals.
As a qualified nutritional therapist, I work one to one with you using a systems-based approach to review your full health history. This enables me to gain an understanding of the biochemical interconnections and find the root cause of imbalance and what is undermining your well-being. The goal is to work together to provide solutions that are relevant to your situation and help you feel better physically and emotionally. The naturopathic approach is not just about nutrition, but also your environment, exercise, sleep and stress management, to reinforce the body’s own healing mechanisms.
I have always had a keen interest in food, and food has always been a big part of mine and my family’s life. Since my diagnosis with breast cancer in March 2015, I decided to change my career and learn more about nutrition and food as medicine and food’s ability to support health and well-being. I have trained at The Centre of Naturopathic Nutrition, and am a member of The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine.
