NUTRITIONAL THERAPY: Pay As You Go
Initial consultation £120 for up to 90 mins.
An initial consultation is the first step into your health journey. This is where I’ll discuss your health goals, medical history, lifestyle habits, day-to-day stresses, and do a full review of the systems of the body.
Before the initial consultation, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and a food diary.
Your initial consultation includes:
Thorough evaluation of presenting symptoms and medical history.
Evaluation of recent blood test and other test results (if relevant).
Analysis of current diet, lifestyle, medications and/or supplements; assessment of any contraindications.
Recommendations for any appropriate testing such as functional tests.
Goal setting and preliminary dietary advice.
Research backed protocols.
A comprehensive personalised nutritional plan including supplements (as and when needed), lifestyle advice and any referrals as appropriate.
Recipes, meal suggestions, resources and handouts to support your health journey.
Follow-up consultation £80 for up to 45 mins
Around six weeks after your initial consultation, I advise a follow-up appointment. This is an opportunity to assess the nutritional and lifestyle plan and review any tests that have been recommended. We can make changes if necessary and I’ll create a revised nutritional plan to help you move forward with your health goals.
Your follow-up consultation includes:
Review of progress and assessment of any new presenting symptoms.
Review of supplements.
Analysis and explanation of any laboratory test results.
Goal setting.
Research and preparation.
Follow up personalised nutritional plan including lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
I also offer packages so one initial and 2 follow ups for £225 and one initial and 4 follow ups for £350.
